Dead phytoplankton and zooplankton, excess feed, fecal matter contributes are the major pond pollutants in the shrimp / fish culture. These pond pollutants if remain untreated forms dangerous substances like Ammonia and Nitrite, which are highly toxic to both shrimp and fish.
