Description
Nitrite is an intermediate substance in the oxidation of ammonia to nitrate in fish culture. Nitrite changes hemoglobin into methemoglobin which does not carry oxygen, thus causes anoxia for fish and leads to mortality/slow growth. Safe levels of nitrite in the fish pond is 0.005 mg/L. Concentration above 0.005 mg/L. may reduce the growth and leads to mortality.
The Bacterial strains i.e., nitrobacter, thiobacillus denitrificans, paracoccus denitrificans fortified with oxydo reductase enzymes instantaneously converts nitrites to nitrate.
EN-CON is a revolutionary product which effectively converts Nitrite into Nitrate
EN-CON controls harmful bacteria such as Aeromonas by competitive exclusion
EN-CON maintains stable water quality parameters such as pH and Alkalinity
EN-CON helps in maintaining stable bloom
EN-CON increases growth and survival rate
