A Multi Spectrum Disinfectant

Benzalkonium chloride is a quaternary ammonium compound, some times referred as quotes. This compounds are most commonly used disinfectants in the aqua culture industry. Their cationic surfactants( positively charged surface-active agents) that impact cell walls and membranes after relatively long contact times. Their permanent positive charge makes them bind readily to the negatively charged surface of the most microbes. This quaternary ammonium compounds are mostly un effected by pH levels and remain effective for a long time.
